Today’s Talk is ~ Making It a Habit ~ TO MAKE HABITS♡

By creating new healthier habits, we can ultimately create a better pathway to the future. Before we can identify unhealthy habits, we must understand who we are and where we want to be.

Then we give ourselves the opportunity to thrive and grow into a better environment AND into who we want to become.

Self- Talk. “I have the greatest influence on who I become.” With Daphne D. Wallis. Start today and then make it a habit.

Hello everybody. I hope you’re doing great today, my name is Daphne D Wallis, and I’m the host of Resilient Radio Podcast. We’re building up a resilient recovery support community by broadcast communications. We are hoping to break the stigma of mental illness and addiction and those things that are associated with it.

I myself am also a person in recovery from both and I just wanted to take today out to do a talk on some issues that I find to be very important in this episode, “Habits of the Mind, Habits of Health and Communication.”
